Paleo Honey Mustard Condiment

Honey Mustard

Condiments have been a great taste enhancer for our meals. Condiments have developed as a means of  preservation and to improve palatable nature of the food. One particular condiment which is our house favorite is the honey mustard to go on sandwiches or a dip for a great appetizer

Paleo Honey mustard as opposed to the store bought one lacks the overtly creamy element and the honey acts as a clear balance towards the sharpness of the mustard. The lack of cream in this recipe makes it more attractive to weight loss programs and also the diet conscious. Now….not to worry, it still get you the same kick in your sandwich as you pair it with some avocado slices.

Mustard belonging to the cruciferous family, is  plentiful in glucosinolates, proven for protection against gastro intestinal cancer. Ranking as the highest food source  of selenium helps in the respiratory tract health too.

So here we are to incorporate the benefits in the most successful form….. the ever loved condiment Paleo honey mustard
