Nyonya is the group of Chinese settlers in Malaysia who have part Malay inheritance too. It is really interesting to see the cultural fusion of two very distinct groups giving rise to a beautiful new one. In their cuisine is the fusion of Malay and Chinese elements which make it one of the best ranked in the world. I was glad I could try one of them thus Chinese new year season.
