Instructions
For the baked fries
  1. Wash and pat dry the carrots.
  2. Cut them into two to three inch long and further into fingers
  3. Toss in the olive oil, salt and crushed herb leaves.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes
  5. Remove and flip the fingers over and re bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Once done it is ready to serve
For the yogurt relish
  1. Finely chop the pickles and herbs you have chosen.
  2. Mix it well in the yogurt, with the pickling liquid.
  3. Grate the garlic clove and str in that too.
  4. Adjust the salt ( the pickling liquid will be salty)
  5. Ready to serve… dunk in the chips.

The seasonal herbs of choice can be used.

The baking temperatures may vary slightly if using fan-forced oven
