  1. Clean wash and grate the carrot.
  2. Steam the carrots for 5-7 minutes and remove from the steamer.
  3. Allow the carrots to cool down completely.
  4. Into the blender add the steamed carrots, chilled milk, nutmeg, cardamom powder.
  5. Blend that into a smooth milkshake.
  6. Pour into tall glasses and share with family and friends.
Recipe Notes

If you like a more thicker shake, use evaporated milk.
