Instructions
  1. In a small bowl add about 3 – 4 tbsp of coconut milk and the arrowroot powder and mix well into a lumpless solution
  2. Add the rest of the coconut milk into the saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add the arrowroot mixture and keep stirring till they cook and thicken a bit.
  4. Add the cardamom powder and date syrup and mix well
  5. Pour into glasses, Serve warm with saffron strands on top.

You can add sugar, stevia or dates. They are all to provide just the baseline of sweetness.

The cup size used here is a standard tea cup.
