Instructions
  1. Wash, Peel and and extract the cubes of flesh from a juicy ripe mango
  2. Wash, peel and core a papya and remove 1 cup full of cubes
  3. Add the papaya,mango, flaxseeds and ice into the blender and blend smooth
  4. Strain only if you desire.
  5. Serve chilled.
