Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and collect one cup of cubes of ripe juicy mango. The cubes around 1cm.
  2. Chop onion, chillies and mint fine
  3. In a mixing bowl toss the mango, onion , chillies and mint juice with the lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle in the salt…and chill
  5. Serve with lots of love

I like red onions for the crunch , you can pretty much change this to what you have.  You can also add colorful bell peppers for a variation.
