Ingredients

  1. Drain and crush the tofu and set aside
  2. Chop the onion tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves and set aside.
  3. Into a hot wok add the oil, followed by the onions.
  4. As they turn translucent add the tomatoes, chilies and curry leaves
  5. Saute well and add the salt, turmeric powder and curry powder
  6. Saute for a minute and add the drained tofu.
  7. Mix well and and saute till the liquid has partially evaporated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy

The pressed tofu may need a bit of stock to be added to get the texture right.
