Tahini dressing
  1. Wash and slice the radishes thiny as you can.
  2. Core the pear and cut them into thin wedges.
  3. Add the veggies into radishes and pears with the mint.
  4. Into a small bowl, add the tahini, the lemon juice, salt, pepper and the red chilli flakes.
  5. Whisk them all together.
  6. Pour generously over the salad veggies and toss the veggies.
  7. Enjoy the salad
