  1. Wash and Peel the green part of the water melon skin
  2. Cut into cubes
  3. Remove seeds if desired
  4. Blend the two cups of cubes into a smooth juice
  5. Pour into a freezer safe tray, cover with cling wrap and freeze
  6. Scrape out the frozen fruit and serve.
