Instructions
  1. Collect all the ingredients.
  2. Grease the brownie pan well and set aside
  3. Preheat the oven to 180
  4. Drain the soft tofu, break up the tofu and whisk till it is smooth.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, sugar, cocoa powder and water if needed and whisk thoroughly.
  6. Sift the Wholewheat flour, salt and baking powder twice and add to the wet mix and gently mix together.
  7. Pour this mixed in the greased pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Check for doneness with a skewer.
  9. Cool the bake and slice.
  10. Enjoy this beautiful bake with a cup of milk.
Recipe Notes

The test bake will crack on top of the tofu is because the tofu is dry, add water as said above.
