Cranberry Mors

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g cranberries
  • 2.5 l drinking water

Instructions
 

  • Pulse the freeze-dried cranberries into a coarse powder. Wrap the powder in a cheesecloth and immerse in a saucepan with 2.5 litres of water.
  • Bring this up to a slow boil for about 10 minutes.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Cool and remove the cheese cloth.
  • Sweeten if desired and serve warm for winter and chilled for summer.

Notes

If using fresh cranberries or frozen, squeeze the pulp first and add it back to the simmered liquid for an even more silky feel of the mocktail.
