Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango cubed
  • 1 cup papaya cubed
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup ice crushed

Instructions
 

  • Wash, Peel and and extract the cubes of flesh from a juicy ripe mango
  • Wash, peel and core a papya and remove 1 cup full of cubes
  • Add the papaya,mango, flaxseeds and ice into the blender and blend smooth
  • Strain only if you desire.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

The recipe works well as a Popsicle too
