Instructions
Wash, Peel and and extract the cubes of flesh from a juicy ripe mango
Wash, peel and core a papya and remove 1 cup full of cubes
Add the papaya,mango, flaxseeds and ice into the blender and blend smooth
Strain only if you desire.
Serve chilled.
Notes
The recipe works well as a Popsicle too
