Butter fruit, vennai pazham
Spice levels as per desired
salt to taste
white pepper powder
Wash , pat dry and pit the avocados
Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl
Crush the green chillies and add to the avocado flesh
Add in chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves,salt and pepper
Mash the mixture well with a fork or a potato masher
Now add in the lemon juice a little at a time and taste test
if the mixture is too thick, thin it out wit a few tsp of drinking water.
Chill till serving time. enjoy with a big bag of chips, or sandwiches or pakodas
You could use a mortar and pestle or the blender to do masing job too...
