1cupfull cream milk / plant based milkssoy milk, cashew milk, ricemilk, or almond milk
1cuprock melon/ musk melon skinned and chopped
1pinchgreen cardamom powder
Instructions
Freeze the milk of choice
into a blender add the melon pieces .Blend it for a couple of minutes.
Add in the frozen milk, a pinch of cardamom powder.
Blend well till smooth and creamy
Serve chilled and enjoy
Notes
Musk melon is a high fiber fruit with a large amount of vitamin A and C and milk is an excellent source of calcium and protein. This recipe therefore becomes one of our favorite breakfast treats too for hot summer days.Sweeteners are not used in this coz often the rock melon is very sweet. If need be you can drizzle up some honey/ agave nectar
