- 1 medium avocado
- 1 cup Spinach
- 2-3 Dates
- 3 sprigs mint leaves
- 1 cup full cream milk / plant based milks
- 0.5 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp chocolate chips
Slice the avocado into half and remove the seed.
Scoop of the flesh and add to the blender.
Add the mint leaaves, spinach, pitted dates,milk and icecubes.
Blend till smooth.
Add the chocochip, and give a quick blitz.
Serve in tall glasses, immediately.
