Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2-3 Dates
  • 3 sprigs mint leaves
  • 1 cup full cream milk / plant based milks
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocado into half and remove the seed.
  • Scoop of the flesh and add to the blender.
  • Add the mint leaaves, spinach, pitted dates,milk and icecubes.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Add the chocochip, and give a quick blitz.
  • Serve in tall glasses, immediately.
