- 10-15 dandelion flowers
- 4 cup drinking water
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger root grated
- 1 slice lemon
Collect 10 to 15 dandelion flowers.
Check them throughly wash and drain flowers.
Add the water to a saucepan or a kettle and bring it to a boil.
Add the flowers, ginger and lemon slice when the water has started a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and let the tea seep.
Sip warm tea after about 5 minutes.
