  • 1 saucepan


  • 10-15 dandelion flowers
  • 4 cup drinking water
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger root grated
  • 1 slice lemon


  • Collect 10 to 15 dandelion flowers.
  • Check them throughly wash and drain flowers.

  • Add the water to a saucepan or a kettle and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the flowers, ginger and lemon slice when the water has started a rolling boil.
  • Remove from heat and let the tea seep.
  • Sip warm tea after about 5 minutes.
