avocado
flesh

or 2-3 cardamom pods
Instructions
Cut the avocado remove the seed and scoop the flesh out of the avocado for about 2 cups
Add all the ingredients into the blender
Serve cold, topped with a few candies citrus peels.
Notes
Add additional fruits like mango, berries, or mint to the recipe to create flavours you like.
