Chocolate tofu whip

  • Stand mixer

Ingredients
  

for the dip

  • 1/2 block tofu silken or soft
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp cacao

for serving

  • fruits cut into bite sized dices

Instructions
 

  • Remove the tofu from the packaging and drain out the liquid.
  • Add the tofu into the bowl and attach the whipping attachment to the stand mixer.
  • Add whip on a low speed to start gently.
  • As it starts to fluff up add the cacao powder and maple syrup.
  • Once fluffed, remove and place in a bowl.
  • Serve it chilled with fruit cuts, melon wedges or unflavoured crackers.
