maple syrup
or agave nectar

cut into bite sized dices
Instructions
Remove the tofu from the packaging and drain out the liquid.
Add the tofu into the bowl and attach the whipping attachment to the stand mixer.
Add whip on a low speed to start gently.
As it starts to fluff up add the cacao powder and maple syrup.
Once fluffed, remove and place in a bowl.
Serve it chilled with fruit cuts, melon wedges or unflavoured crackers.
