Til puri or deep-fried sesame seed bread is a small round bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a snack. This sesame-flavoured bread is a much loved one among children and adults alike.

- 1 cup Little millet Samai, powdered
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seed white, powdered
- 1/4 tsp salt to taste
- 1 tsp mint leaves
- 1 tsp sesame seeds black
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder.
Add all the flour, spice powders, salt and chopped mint leaves
Sprinkle a little water at a time and knead the dough.
The dough is tight, yet soft to roll.
Divide the dough into 10 or 12 parts.
Roll out each portion into a small disc.
Heat the oil and test when the oil is ready . ( check the post above)
Now drop the pooris one by one in the hot oil.
Once the pooris fry and puff, flip over and fry on the other side.
Once both sides are fried, Remove and drain the excess oil.
Serve the millet and til pooris hot
