Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup carrot diced small
  • 1 cup radish diced small
  • 1./2 cup capsicum  green, diced small
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped small
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Into the mixing bowl add the carrots, radish and capsicum diced.
  • Mix well and add coriander leaves.
  • Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the salad.
  • mix well and salad is ready to serve.
