Instructions
Into the frying pan add ghee and place on medium heat.
As the ghee warms up add the peas and let it fry a bit.
Now add the rice and fry it it for a minute.
Sprinkle the podi and mix well.
Let this saute for a minute.
And the podi rice is ready
