- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 2 tbsp melon seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp dry rose petals
- 2 tbsp fennel seed
- 20-25 Black pepper
- 20 green cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 15 saffron
- 1/2 cup milk powder
Set the frying pan on a low heat.
Roast the almonds, followed by the cashew nuts and pistachio.
Roast till they snap or crush easily.
Roast the poppy seeds till they pop a bit and the add the melon seeds.
Set aside to cool.
Once cooled, pulse the nuts and seeds and then the aromatics along with it.
Mix in the milk powder and turmeric powder.
Scoop into clean dry bottles and store in an airtight manner.
