Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 2 tbsp melon seeds
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp dry rose petals
  • 2 tbsp fennel seed
  • 20-25 Black pepper
  • 20 green cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 15 saffron
  • 1/2 cup milk powder

Instructions
 

  • Set the frying pan on a low heat.
  • Roast the almonds, followed by the cashew nuts and pistachio.
  • Roast till they snap or crush easily.
  • Roast the poppy seeds till they pop a bit and the add the melon seeds.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Once cooled, pulse the nuts and seeds and then the aromatics along with it.
  • Mix in the milk powder and turmeric powder.
  • Scoop into clean dry bottles and store in an airtight manner.
