Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack coleslaw mix 450gram pack
  • 3 tbsp grated coconut
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp black gram dal urad dal
  • 1/4 tsp split bengal gram channa dal
  • 4-5 curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Set the kadai ( Indian wok) on medium heat.
  • Add the oil followed by mustard seeds.
  • When the seeds start crackling, add the dry dals and curry leaves.
  • When dals turn golden bown, add the coleslaw mix and stirfry for a minute.
  • Sprinkle salt and grated coconut and stirfry for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the stirfry into a bowl to serve and the kadamba poriyal is ready.
