Mango rambutan smoothie
Gather two of your favourite summer fruits mango and rambutan to make this delicious breakfast smoothie that screams tropics. This filling, vegan smoothie is a great addition to breakfast and gets gulped down with zero fuss. Get your blender ready.

- 3/4 cup mango
- 1 cup rambutan
- 1/2 cup water
- sweetener (optional)
Wash, peel and dice the mango pulp.
Peel the rambutan and slice off the jelly like flesh. You need one cup of this flesh.
Add both these into the blender along with the water and blend till the mix is smooth.
Pour into your keep sake cup or glasses to share.
