Ingredients
for the fries

carrots

olive oil
salt to taste

tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder
1/4
tsp
roasted cumin powder
1/4
tsp
chaat masala
to finish

coriander leaves
Instructions
For the baked fries
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Wash and pat dry the carrots.
Cut them into two to three inch long and further into fingers
Toss in the olive oil, salt and spices
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Remove and flip the fingers over and re bake for another 5 minutes.
