Masala Kakadi

Enjoy a chatpata, street-style masala kakdi to cool off the summer heat. This low-calorie cucumber snack is perfect for the young and old, especially the diabetic.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry the cucumbers.
  • Peel them and slice them longitudinally into 4 pieces.
  • Place them on a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle salt and chilli powder on them.
  • Drizzle with the lemon juice.
  • The snack is now ready to eat.
