- 1/2 cup watermelon diced, small
To swell the basil seeds
- 1 tbsp basil seeds
- 1/4 cup water
For the milk
- 3 cups milk chilled for atleast 2 hours.
- 3 tbsp rose syrup rooh afza
Into a small bowl add the basil seeds, add water.
Soak it for 5 minutes and then stir again and reset.
Chop the watermelon into small dice. Set aside till needed.
Into the mixing bowl add milk, rooh afza and mix well.
If adding condensed milk, this is the time to stir it in.
Once the milk is well mixed, add the basil seeds and watermelon.
Stir well, and pour into glasses.
Chill and serve.
