Thaw the puff pastry. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
Soak the paneer in warm water.
Whisk together the ingredients for the marinade.
Drain and slice the paneer into blocks.
Toss it into the marinade. mix well.
Set it side or in the refrigerator overnight.
when you are ready to bake Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cut the puff pastry sheets into 4 long strips.
Place the paneer block on one and and roll the pastry so that the block is covered.
Place each roll on the baking tray.
You can brush it with milk on top and add some sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 18 degrees.
Once the pastry has risen and top golden brown, the puff is ready.
Remove on to a tray and serve with chutney.
