- Thaw the puff pastry. Leave it in the fridge overnight.  
- Soak the paneer in warm water. 
- Whisk together the ingredients for the marinade. 
- Drain and slice the paneer into blocks.  
- Toss it into the marinade. mix well.  
- Set it side or in the refrigerator overnight. 
- when you are ready to bake Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.  
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into 4 long strips.  
- Place the paneer block on one and and roll the pastry so that the block is covered. 
- Place each roll on the baking tray. 
- You can brush it with milk on top and add some sesame seeds on top.  
- Bake for 20 minutes at 18 degrees. 
- Once the pastry has risen and top golden brown, the puff is ready. 
- Remove on to a tray and serve with chutney.
