soft or silken tofu

dry mushroom powder

slice
fresh ginger root
salt to taste
Instructions
Add the broth to the pot, add pumpkin, ginger slices and place on medium heat.
When the mushroom is fork tender, sprinkle the mushroom powder.
Dice and add the soft tofu. Mix gently.
Let the soup simmer.
Taste test and adjust salt.
The soup is ready to be served.
