Chai spiced chia pots.
Gluten free, vegan, on the go breakfast.
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp chai masala
- 1 cup fruits diced, I use persimmon.
- 1 small Banana
In a large mixing bowl add the chia seeds and the almond milk. Mix, cover and set aside till use in the fridge.
In the morning, slice the bananas and dice the fruits of choice.
Remove the bloomed chia from the fridge , mix in the chai masala.
Spoon this into the cups or into on the go bowls.
Add in the fruits.
