Shahi kele ki raita
A delicious banana yogurt cream.

- 1 cup yogurt low fat, chilled
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 Banana yellow, ripe, medium sized
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
Chop the banana fine and set aside
In a mixing bowl whisk together the milk cream and the yogurt till smooth
Mix the chopped banana with the whisked yogurt
Sprinkle in the chaat masala and serve
for other combos omit the chaat masala in the basic yogurt and banana mix and choose one to add
- add one tbsp honey with 1/4 tsp cardamom powder or
- add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and salt to taste
To make popsicle simple pour this into the popsicle mould and freeze
