Banana
use lady finger bananas or kadali banana.

tablespoon
honey
2
teaspoon
rock candy
rock sugar cut in squares

drop
ghee / clarified butter
Instructions
Peel and chop the banana.
Add this to the mixing bowl.
Add the honey and rock candy to the banana.
Mix till the banana is well coated with the honey.
Just before serving add a driop of ghee.
