Apple chaat

Here is a quick and easy chaat recipe that you will love to have as a snack or salad. This is also a great gluten free, vegan recipe that takes off the boredom of an apple a day.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

For the chaat

  • 3 medium apple
  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

For the topping

  • 2 tbsp crispy moong namkeen

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the apple and cucumbers.
  • Dice them and add to the mixing bowl
  • Add the juice of half a lemon and toss well.
  • Add the tamarind chutney, chaat masala and mix well.
  • Top with the namkeen and toss.
  • Serve immediately.
