Apple chaat
Here is a quick and easy chaat recipe that you will love to have as a snack or salad. This is also a great gluten free, vegan recipe that takes off the boredom of an apple a day.

For the chaat
- 3 medium apple
- 2 medium cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
For the topping
- 2 tbsp crispy moong namkeen
Wash and peel the apple and cucumbers.
Dice them and add to the mixing bowl
Add the juice of half a lemon and toss well.
Add the tamarind chutney, chaat masala and mix well.
Top with the namkeen and toss.
Serve immediately.
