- 2 medium apple
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup self raising flour
Grease and line the sheet pan
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Peel and chop the apples,
Crack the eggs and add them into the blender with apples.
Add the sugar and blend to a smooth mix.
Add the smooth blend to the mixing bowl and add the salt and cocoa powder.
Mix this well.
Sift in the flour and fold it in with the blend.
Add the batter on the prepared sheet pan and spread.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Test with a skewer and if it comes clean, the cake is ready.
Remove the cake.
Cool it to room temperature.
Dust the cake with icing sugar (or cocoa powder).
Slice the cake into pieces and the cake is ready to be served.
