- Deep fry the boti in hot oil. 
- Store this in n airtight container till ready to make the chaat.  
- Wash and chop the tomato, onion, chillies and coriander leaves. 
- Add these into the mixing bowl. 
- Wash and grate a carrot and add that as well to the mixing bowl. 
- Add the salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder and lemon and mix well. 
- Set this aside till needed. 
- When ready to assemble, slice the boti into half and arrange on a plate. 
- Top with the prepared salad, followed by the peanuts and sev. 
- Sprinkle another layer of chaat masala on top and the chaat is ready to be served.
