Deep fry the boti in hot oil.
Store this in n airtight container till ready to make the chaat.
Wash and chop the tomato, onion, chillies and coriander leaves.
Add these into the mixing bowl.
Wash and grate a carrot and add that as well to the mixing bowl.
Add the salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder and lemon and mix well.
Set this aside till needed.
When ready to assemble, slice the boti into half and arrange on a plate.
Top with the prepared salad, followed by the peanuts and sev.
Sprinkle another layer of chaat masala on top and the chaat is ready to be served.
