corn silk
fresh extracted

Instructions
Dehusk the corn and pull out the corn silk hairs.
Remove the dried parts of the cornsilk and discard.
Place the silk in the teapot.
Boil the water in the kettle
Pour the boiling water over the corn silk.
Let is sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
Strain the tea and enjoy a warm sip.
To make a cold sip
Chill the corn silk tea for 3-4 hours.
Place ice in a tall glass and pour the tea over it.
Add in some lemon rind or mint based on your choice.
