Fresh fig milkshake
Here is a fresh fig milkshake with rose syrup that is vegan, gluten-free and summer perfect.

- 2 figs chilled
- 1 tbsp rose syrup
- 1 tbsp sun butter
- 2 cups full cream milk / plant based milks I have used chilled soy milk
Trim the figs and slice them
Add this to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend till smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
