Honey granola

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups oats rolled oats.
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 medium egg white

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Into the mixing dish add the egg whites and honey and whisk well together.
  • Add the oats into the mix and coat the oats well with the honey egg mix.
  • Add the almonds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.and mix well.
  • Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place the oats mix as a thin layer on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes till the top is golden.
  • Cool and flip the mix over to expose the clusters.
  • Bake again for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cool.
  • Store in an airtight container to use.
