Pear- orange smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 number pears
  • 1 number orange
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Skin and core the pear and dice them.
  • Extract the juice of one orange.
  • Add these into the blender with the ice, flax seeds, chia seeds. Blend till smooth.
  • It gives you a thick scoop-able delicious smoothie.

Notes

you can freeze the excess as popsicles and serve as an after school snack.
