microwave safe bowls
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/2 can condensed sweetened milk
- 4-5 strands saffron
- 1 tbsp ghee
Into a microwave safe bowl, add the milkpowder and the condensed milk.
Mix well and clean the sides of the bowl.
Microwave this for one minute under high.
Add saffron and ghee and mix well again.
Microwave again for two minutes, 30 seconds each mixing in between.
Once the edges start getting bubbly and the mixture rolls well without sticking, the peda mix is ready.
Roll into small balls.
Flatten the balls slightly by hand and place on a plate.
The pedas are now ready. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
