amaranth flour
( rajgira atta)

peanuts
crushed

oil

cumin seeds

chillies
yogurt cured.
Instructions
Whisk together the yogurt, amaranth flour and water.
Set the pan on medium heat and add the oil to heat up.
As the oil heats up, add the cumin seeds and cured chillies to crackle.
Add the yogurt mixture and keep stirring.
As the mixture bubble and thickens, add the crushed peanuts and coriander leaves.
Let this mix bubble and simmer.
Remove from heat and sprinkle the salt.
Mix well and kadhi is ready to serve.
