Instructions
Skin and core the pear and dice them.
Extract the juice of one orange.
Add these into the blender with the ice, flax seeds, chia seeds. Blend till smooth.
It gives you a thick scoop-able delicious smoothie.
Notes
you can freeze the excess as popsicles and serve as an after school snack.
