For the dough

whole wheat flour

For the topping

grated coconut

chocolate

sesame seeds

Instructions
Add teh whole what flour into the mixing bowl.
Add the water, stir it , cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
knead the dough gently after 10 minutes to form a ball.
Portion out the atta ( dough ) into lime sized balls.
Keep under a moist cheese cloth.
Mix the chocolate, sesame seed, chia seeds, orange rind and coconut in a bowl to form a dry filling mixture
Spread the dough into a small disc. Place the disc on your palm.
Place a tbsp of the filling on the centre of this disc.
gather the ends of the dough towards the centre so as to seal them in the centre.
Roll it back into a ball.
On a floured board roll the paratha to about 1/2 cm thickness.
Heat a flat griddle pan, place the paratha and cook on medium heat on both sides.
Avoid high heat for this paratha as the chocolate tends to become burnt quickly.
Spread the oil or ghee and enjoy a warm sweet treat.
