Fresh fig milkshake

Here is a fresh fig milkshake with rose syrup that is vegan, gluten-free and summer perfect.

Equipment

  • 1 Fruit Knife
  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 figs chilled
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp sun butter
  • 2 cups full cream milk / plant based milks I have used chilled soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Trim the figs and slice them
  • Add this to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.
