Over a period of time in the kitchen, we have realized that it is not abracadabra that gets the food on the table. Trials and tons more of trials till you get it right and practicing till it feels effortless. As we spend time and are able to get a certain bit of calm and peace as we dish out some good plated of food, you need to start too!
What prompted this thought?
I watch my kids grow, food costs rise, time fly… the one thing that keeps us all together seems to be som good comforting food. However, the learning journey is emotional and complex. Its best to start somewhere, so why not here.
Is this page only for Indian kitchen?
No, cooking to me is a survival skill. We plan to walk you through all that we know and have learnt. We can add more or less of the Indian kitchen based on your interest. however, the cuisines that we are best at are Asian and Indian. We do a fair bit of baking too. S0, will be starting with these.
What is it to you?
You may not make the best coffee, yet you can get to a decent on if you know how without $10 a cuppa!
