Instructions
  1. Mash the banana, desiccated coconut and add sugar. Mix it well to incorporate the sugar.
  2. Add a few spoons of breadcrumbs and make a soft dough.

  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Coat with breadcrumbs and set aside. (dont keep them for long)
  5. Set oil for heating upto a moderate temperature.
  6. Deep fry a few of these balls at a time, till golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with honey drizzle .

Recipe Notes

If you are making this as a make ahead, then deep fry and set ready in a baking tray, crisp through again before serving.
