  • 1 small apple green
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 1 tbsp green chilli Serrano, Thai, Jalapeno goes well
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • salt to taste
  • A squirt of lemon juice


  • Clean, wash core and chop the apple. Clean and chop the coriander leaves.
  • Add in all the ingredients to the blender. Add quarter cup of water and blend smooth. Check the seasoning.

  • Serve with dosa, idly bread or even poori.
