the tart green apple in the place of the grated coconut was an absolute win… try it to believe.

Instructions
  1. Clean, wash core and chop the apple. Clean and chop the coriander leaves.
  2. Add in all the ingredients to the blender. Add quarter cup of water and blend smooth. Check the seasoning.

  3. Serve with dosa, idly bread or even poori.
