the tart green apple in the place of the grated coconut was an absolute win… try it to believe.
Check out another easy side dish for traditional breakfast
- 1 small apple green
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp mint
- 1 tbsp green chilli Serrano, Thai, Jalapeno goes well
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- salt to taste
- A squirt of lemon juice
- Clean, wash core and chop the apple. Clean and chop the coriander leaves.
- Add in all the ingredients to the blender. Add quarter cup of water and blend smooth. Check the seasoning.
- Serve with dosa, idly bread or even poori.
